That is Customs Border Patrol ( ICE ) and that NAC usually used by "Ohmaha" - the callsign used by CBP aircraft

Magority of the 632xxxx rod's I have logged are USMS. These include radios from conventional as well as radios on the USMS trunked system.

I do have a handfull of 632xxxx logged as CBP.

We have it here in the El Paso, TX area from 163.000 to 215.000 Mhz. Four of the frequencies are encrypted now.

Omaha on Air 1 surv on vehicle in Philly area of Rte76; then lots of comms on the travel route.

But that is only when 163.7000 is paired with $169 for a NAC that it becomes ICE Nat Tac 1

The days of One Freq=use are long gone and in some areas the same Freq has multiple users with different NAC's and not all fall under the same parent agency
