I copied two Om,s this morning on this freq. I tried to get a tone but did not come out on the 8600 but thinking
VA, or NPS? one side was weak the other semi good cpy guess engineers? "Do see the water coming down"

Only NTIA FOIA allocation is in California, but for DoE (and since you have DoE neighbors, maybe)
other than that nothing in my notes/logs for any Analog users.

Way too weak to be BNL ...(too me!) unless like they are underground (guessing) but alot of "water talk"

Checking the Spectrum 21 database there are 3 DOE ocations in NY that use that frequency; West Valley in WNY, West Milton near Albany and BNL, which I think was a mobile license. All others were DOE across the USA.
