yep, it was tpd,fbi,atf etc.its official,they were watching the oreillys auto bandit and sunday night they caught his arse. i heard them on for the last week following him up and down peoria etc. we owe a big thank you to our law enforcement involved. 1 more loser off the streets.

Our Law Enforcement Officers are doing an excellent job even when their departments are not funded properly. With the proper funding the departments could do more.

With what they have and get they still do an excellent job!

That frequency & tone is a common US Marshals Service channel in most places.
They are also have 163.200, 162.7125 & 162.7875 usually with PL 136.5.

164.600 PL 100.0 is used by Customs here in the DFW area and there is
very little Marshal traffic. Supposedly the Marshals use Nextel here.

A few of those frequencies have been heard using the PL tones and then switching to digital mode. USMS (U.S. Marshals) along with many other federal agencies are using Nextel in many parts of the USA.
