165.2375 will be with pl 100.0 around here.
It is a very, very common frequency to hear here in Indianapolis and the surrounding area. Never anything too interesting...mostly doorknocks and surveillance.
I have heard it in conjunction with INV-2 on MECA. They were hitting apartments on the westside. I scoped it out and saw marshals and what appeared to be ICE agents along with local investigators.
I heard the op being discussed here...first time I've ever heard this one from a plane.
