I did not find this freq in the database. I listened to half a conversation for about 30 mins the other night. P25 voice on one side, ENC on the other. Female was following a male driver. The female constantly gave streets and directions but nothing to clue me in on why she was following or what agency this might be. Anyone have any ideas? IRS maybe?

Used to be used by IRS here in Alabama but it has been inactive here for a long time. Last word I heard was they were using Nextel.
