I first saw this in July 2022 and it turned out to indeed be the Natchez Trace Parkway LE rangers. It is paired with 171.775 ($574). Sometimes everyone is encrypted; other times it's around 50/50.

Loud and clear from New Orleans LA (July 2022) through Jackson MS (May 2024). I have not examined it in-depth.

I don't live far from Trace in Madison Co, it's my understanding they are encrypted

Apparently they have gone back to half and half again. For a while they ran encrypted until Lee County SO "Lee County Communications" took over at night, then clear while "Tupelo Dispatch" ran it. Then went full encryption 24/7 for years.
