2 feed for the same city?!?

is it normal to have 2 feed for the same city (same emergency service)?

We dont allow it(same exact feed)when we approve feeds, but they may have allready been there from SA.Please let me know what feed it is and county,state and i will contact them to see if one of them may want to change their feed.
