2008/11/28 at 0140z both 10 meters and 6 meters are open to south Texas. Have not checked the VHF Low Band yet but should be some signals there also.

I used to hear California Highway Patrol skip on our lowband radios here in West Virginia.
Also some spanish speaking stuff, never could figure out what the hell that was.....LOL
