"T" stands for "Tanker" - for wildfires - there are only 12 of them listed here

This is the 2011 contract for air tankers - you can search it for 168.625 to see what radios are required under the contract - I think it is usually 1 AM radio plus 1 FM radio (and the FM radio needs a special receiver dedicated to 168.625)
