2014 ford f150

HI all, I have a 2014 ford F150 and need to know where i can get Ignition Sence from in side the vehicle.

I currently have 2 Vertex EVX5400's Installed that support it and am looking at installing another radio that will also support it but i have no clue where i can get it form.

I have a 2011 F150 and picked up off the power going to the power windows. It was in the bundle that runs under the door sill. Yellow wire, but it might be different on your 2014.

I managed to find this, just not sure if i should put a relay after the ACC wire to prevent form over loading it.

If all you are doing is running the ignition sense circuits for 3 radios, you might be OK without the relay.

Might be worth testing one of the radios to see how much current it draws on the ignition sense circuit, it's probably really low. If it's high enough that you think you need a relay, I'd recommend looking at a Chargeguard, Lind timer, or similar product. It'll do the same function, plus give you some additional controls, like having the radios stay on for x amount of time after ignition shuts off, battery low voltage disconnect, etc.
