Note 1: Female voice mentioned "125 Shade Tree Drive", along with a "1-inch line where it enters the trailer". 125 Shade Tree Drive is either in AL or SC. In AL, that's the only license that ever existed and it's long expired. Nothing ever licensed in SC. That I can tell with my tools, anyway.
