Picking up activity on this frequency and am curious where it might be from/for. I am in London, ON receiving.

Can't tell you where it is from. Can tell you that according to at least one source that I have in my archives, 254.7 is a NORAD assignment in the SEADS - south east air defense sector (US). So this could be Canadian NORAD activity. The Canada East and West SOCC's are HQ'd in North Bay, ON. Since NORAD is a joint mission, frequencies are shared among areas. None of these freq lists are 100% accurate since most are compiled from monitoriing reports.
