Remove all the sdr's, only plug in the blog v4

You need to run zadig specifically for the blog v4(only needs to be done once per pc)

your task bar, devices, should show Blog V4

Did you use Zadig to replace the drivers for your RTL-SDR devices. If so, what does Zadig report as your current driver. Should be WinUSB.

If you tune to a known active control channel, what does it show?

this is what I get when I ran Zadig. All 3 of them are on this version.

Did you rename the blogv4 at some point?

If you download this
rtl-sdr-64bit-20250126.zip

(With only the blogv4 plugged in)

Extract it, open the folder, type cmd in the file explorer address area, press enter, in the cmd window type
rtl_eeprom

What's the output?

I did rename it bc I was getting confused on which one was which on my hub.

You can change the Friendly Name - that should not cause problems. Something like this procedure:

Honestly.. renaming it fixed this whole issue for me. I can see signals now in SDR#. Thanks for the assist. I never thought changing the product name would cause this much issue for me.
I remembered reading it at some point, it was on the rtl-sdr site for the blogv4 (at the very bottom 😀)
