259.500 MHz @1200 hrs

I have been picking up Drone exercises today on 259.500 MHz, I have attached a zip file of the audio and was wondering were these drone are doing there exercises.
The only drones I see that I think are them are in this area every time I look (see ADS-B MAP) is this the drone in the map I am listening too ??

The first few seconds identifies the general location. He passes a grid for a target.

Likely flying around in this restricted airspace.

I take it there are times that they will not show up on THE ADS-B map, I'm no sure if a drone was on the ADS-B map in that area

Just out of curiosity, how are you listening to a drone? Are there air craft behind the drone to watch its performance? Is the drone talking back to the controller like in the movie stealth? Just curious.

Military drones are being flown by a pilot, based somewhere, who communicates with ATC.

I understand that the drones are flown by a person. Usually flown by someone far away from the drone using satellite link. So, is the pilot communicating through the drone to the tower?
