I have an Icom 2820 I just purchased. Is there a way of having the VHF memory on the left display and UHF on the right?
If you enter frequencies with software the displays are the same mix of VHF and UHF.
Thanks

sure there is, just select the channel you want.
If I enter say, 100 frequencies, it’s identical on both displays, left and right. I’m using RT systems software. I guess I should have put that in the OP. It doesn’t seem to discern between left or right display.
I’m using RT systems programming software. There doesn’t seem to be anyway to put some Fred’s. In left and others in right.

Put VHF in one bank, I use Bank V and put UHF in another bank, I use bank U, and put bank V on one side and bank U on the other. I think you are limited to the number of channels in a bank, but if I remember correctly, you can link banks together (I may be wrong on the linking thing so don’t take it for gospel).
