i Never said a word about you or your dad. You must be very defensive. I spoke about my family and experiences. I must of hit some nerve with you. Maybe if you would quit hijacking threads and taking them off topic you would not be so defensive.
The only person acting childish I believe is you. So why dont you tell us about your experiences. Because if you are not a terminal operator and are playing on olets we would like to know....it will add an interesting footnote to your fathers career.

HO-L-Y SMOKES, KOK5CY!!!!!

The reason you didn't follow in your father's footsteps wouldn't have anything to do with the MMPI, would it?

Just a guess.

Lou, please don't close this thread until we hear about "KOOK" 5CY's terminal experience. It IS still on topic (sort of). And you have to admit, following his spiraling decent into to madness is really getting interesting.

Anyway FYI sperry is in OSAGE CO the west part of it is and the CO line run's south to the tulsa down town airpark area .
No part of the city limits of Sperry is in Osage County.

But that's okay, I really enjoy watching people struggle to justify perceived notions as fact in the face of reality. So please, continue on!

Don't forget ... okla-lawman is also awaiting your reply. :D

lol. Maybe KOK5CY and PB25 are related ....

At first I was thinking they might be the same person. But KOOK's writing skills are so vastly superior to PB's that they couldn't be one-in-the-same. So, related? Agreed!

Peter, he might be confusing downtown Sperry with the Sperry cemetery — which IS in Osage Co. And in fairness, the cemetery probably does have a greater population density than downtown. Just a thought.

Oh man, I take a few days off and I see the comedy never ceases around here. I've got my popcorn and my soda. I'm putting my money on "o-l" on this one.

Interseting point since I received a report on this thread I decided it was time to read it all the way through.

Okay, let's say that this thread is skating the edge and the rules are being bent a bit so let's review somethings:
  • Don't flame another user, even if that user is flaming you (or being an idiot by some other means.)
  • Don't purposely try and stir the pot, bringing up old topics that are not part of this discussion is posting off topic, don't do it.
  • Please try and consider that the OP of this topic has gotten some of the answers to his query but in a relatively sarcastic manner; so could we get back onto that topic without the sarcasm.
With those in mind I will continue to monitor this thread, to the reporter of the thread, thank you but I don't think it has quite sunk to the level you indicated in your report.

One possible suggestion as to the "backdoors" referred to by KOK5CY...
Old communications ops remember the days when you had to send the requests manually. How many remember MESS/NCIC.1L01. Miss a period and you got to start all over again! Then, many States 'improved' their systems where just entering the information once would send it to your State, NCIC and another State(s) if you wanted. Sometimes, if the State system was running slow, you could still send an AM message or go MESS/NCIC and get the information back a little faster. It wasn't so much of a backdoor; instead you still had access to the old way to go and sometimes the old way was faster. I don't know if any States still allow direct access, the few I've ran across in person are all now dependant on letting one system send everything on one entry.
Sometimes the old ways are better. :)
(Small edit to try to make it a little clearer.)

Ummm okay? Broken Arrow has city limits in Wagoner county but the city hall and majority of the city lies in Tulsa county. That doesn't make Broken Arrow in Wagoner county. Well, same for Sperry, majority of it is in Tulsa county including city hall etc. and just because a slither of the town reaches into Osage makes it in Osage County? Wouldn't the correct answer be that majority of the town is in Tulsa but a tiny part is in Osage or is that too logical?

Read & heed this or suffer the consequences

Okay! I am calling a halt to the off topic nonsense in this thread.

The next person who posts something about Sperry, Osage Co., or an attack on another post or person in this thread will get a week's vacation from posting. I warned the entire thread earlier to get back on topic and I mean it. If you can't seem to help yourself, I would suggest you unsubscribe from this topic and ignore any further posts in it.

If you can help explain further what the OP was asking to begin with then do so. Just to clarify a point, Chaos703 you too have wandered too far afield in this thread; it may have been your topic but if you again post off the original subject in this thread you will suffer the same fate as anyone else.
