Do any fire departments in Washington use 33.700 D043 for dispatching. I am copying traffic on this freq here in SoCal and there is a band opening (sporadic E) into Washington state. I also heard it a couple days ago when the band was open. Curious if this is coming from the area and who it might be. The database shows an entry for Kitsap Co (Bremerton) with a callsign of KZM852. I believe this might be the station but unable to confirm the PL tone.

Yes it is used by bremerton I used to put that into the scanner andI heard all kinds of call from Southeren CA. Also I used to here some good stuff on 39.820

33.7 is Bainbridge island fire department with a dpl of 023 midnightcaller I think you have your communities mixed up. Bremerton is VHF hi band.
