how many of you get this via skip and does anyone get the stuck transmiter on 39.90 no pl no voice no cwid no data.

I am hearing an open carrier on this as well. It's keeps fading in and out.
Also heard some voice comms probably Nebraska State Patrol they identified on the radio as "NSP"

this carrier gets around.and yes its a big freq in Nebraska 39.82 also.my thinking is its in canada,kkn50 in TX gets it also

Canada is too far away for me to receive it on a consistent basis via Es. My bet is Nebraska.
