460.2375 CC 10

While looking for spikes on FMP24, I came across Security on 460.2375. TAFL only shows Bunge or Victoria Homes. This is not them. With security asking staff to check doors in areas like 7 West, that makes me think it is a hospital. North York General has a 7 West area (Mental Health Unit) but this frequency isn't licensed to them. Here is my pic.

It's definitely not Victoria Homes.. they are an apartment building and still on analog out here.
