does any one know what kind of radios bellows falls and Windsor are using ? I tried p25 ect and just garbled voice

Bellows Falls has been using P-25 encryption for several years on 460.1000. Last time I monitored anything out of them the mobiles were encrypted but the base was just plain P-25 encoded.

Last time I heard anything out of them, Windsor was still analog. Seems to me they were using 460.1250 but that's from memory and I could be wrong about that. However, isn't Windsor dispatched by VSP?
