464.9125 Unknown restaurant Peoria IL

Hello I am picking up an unknown restaurant that is on a repeater. It is on the same freq as PDC. I can not figure it out, I search the database for that freq and found there is not a restaurant on that freq. Could you help me figure it out. Thank you.

Are you picking up any PL/DPL tone? If not, it could be part of this system:

No I didn't pick up any tones but I don't think it is part of PDC. I also heard someone ordering a Dr Pepper and $15 dollars in food.

With no tone present, it sounds like it's LTR trunked. If you are able, put that frequency in without knowing the LCN and see if LTR talkgroups show up when the restaurant is transmitting. On my Uniden unit, if I'm searching a range with "Set C-Ch Only" on, when it stops on a channel that's part of an LTR system, it'll display the LTR talkgroup when someone is transmitting even though I don't know the LCN yet.

Hello cubn I don't have a radio that does LTR. I just have a radio that does conventional and P25. When I listened it was in conventional mode or FM with no tone. I tried to decode a tone and got nothing.
