I'm in Ellicott City and am receiving a 3600 baud control channel but no voice.
Anyone know who it belongs to?

The Database shows it as the Maryland Transit Administration System

I hear it weakly here in Severn, so you can probably hear it a bit better in Ellicott City.

How did you find that so fast?

Is there a way to do a reverse db search?

At the bottom left of the Maryland Page in the Database is a box labeled "Search All Maryland Identified Frequencies by frequency".
I just used it.....

Not a problem, Glad I could be of assistance.

I tuned my BC895 onto that freq and Trunker confirmed that it is the Maryland Transit Administration System by the system ID.
