Hello all, I have the 700Mhz Medevac frequencies programmed in but have never heard anything. In Sentinel, do I have to set the audio type to digital, and select a NAC? What is the NAC? I don't see 293 in the drop-down.

Thank you.

If you do not see you NAC, though I'm sure it is in there as 293 is a default, common, NAC, select Digital Code Search and it will search for your NAC.

It's not in there in the drop-down. Don't I have to receive a transmission in order to have the scanner find the NAC?

One of the 700 air to ground p25 frequencies is patched to the syscom talkgoup on Maryland First System and also low band 44.740.

But that still leaves the issue I have of properly configuring the 700 channels.

I think it's Air60 they are on, but if you enter all and scan you will pickup the one that is used.

Don't expect to pickup much tonight with weather and icing I doubt the helos can operate in this weather.

I have the 700's programmed in their own favorites list.
And have this in my "FIRST MED" favorites list .... Is this all I need?

For helo medevac I would really only load the last two talkgroups Helimed 7648 and Syscom 7640.
