700MHz Regional Plan for Kentucky

Does anyone know if this is ever gonna happen?
I know they have assigned frequencies for every county.
Also who can use these?

Where are the frequencies listed? I haven't heard anything about it either.

Pre-coordinated 700 MHz frequencies for the whole country are listed by county in CAPRAD.
Go to caprad.org
Click the yellow 700 MHz tab
Click on Visitors click here
Click on Continue
Click on your region on the map or select from the dropdown box in the center.
On the menu on the top left check the top circle that says Channel allottments then click GO.
That will give you the pre-coordinated frequency allotments for each county in your state or region.

The menu on the bottom left has regional planning documents and other stuff.

Your region may or may not have current information in CAPRAD.
