773.9312 is the main CC for troop-E the reason why everything is choppy is because I'm off frequency, I know is a CC so I am not 100% sure how all of this works, but ProScan download the freq from RR as 773.9312, but when I go into the scanner its 773.93125 im assuming if the cc is going to be off freq im going to assume everything will be off

How can I correct that it goes in at 773.9312, I get the Troop F tower just fine, I am receiving a strong signal from troop E but always suspected based on how the audio sounded I was off freq, even when I manually enter 773.9312 and I hit E it changes to 773.93125

I am using the SDS200, its and expensive scanner so I am starting to get a little frustrated does anyone know how the freq can be entered exactly without any KC deviation IFX does not help the situation

I would think you'd be able to get them both there looking at the maps, I guess follow the instructions @doctordialtone posted and see if that helps. Also just for giggles and grins try the antenna that came with the scanner. While I doubt that will help, nothing ventured nothing gained.

So maybe a brief audio clip would be helpful to hear what is meant by “choppy.” As was mentioned CC or priority could be on or just inadequate signal. Also mentioned by k9klc if no clip available a better definition of choppy is needed.

All the same answers that were posted on the other two threads you posted about not hearing Troop E. Could also be interference from your solar panels
