851.600 Nac 163 New Hampsh?

I constantly hear digital traffic on this frequency, 851.600, with a NAC of 163. Am I hearing a frequency from the the Nashua trunked system with that NAC?
It is the closest system to me that uses digital (although pretty far away).

That is one of the CSP Site 8, Troop E frequencies.

Ah OK thanks, the RR CTSP page does not show that as one of the freqs for that zone but I guess they added it to the zone. I see it on Scan New England's site.
But, CTSP is NAC 165, not 163.
Are you able to hear that zone up your way? Are you able to get $163 on that freq or 165 like the rest of CTSP.

Hey Bill, As far as I can hear they are all $165 zonewide. I can hear zones from all corners of the state and their conventional nac are all 165
