What do you use to determine the status bit, set end code, and the P25 waiting time for a P25 Motorola 800 / 700 MHz digital system?

Many Thanks

For status bits, if the TGID you monitor are not evenly divisible by 16, then the system is using status bits.

For a very basic example, let's say you pick up a TGID of 16001, this means simply that TGID 16000 + Status Bit 1 is being used. If this is the case, enable your status bits.

More info here, noticed that status bits 8 to 15 and encrypted (DES)

If it's a "P25 Motorola 800 / 700 MHz digital system", it seems pretty unlikely that it would use any "status bits" (at least, as far as that term relates to the low 4 bits of a talkgroup ID), since those don't exist on P25 systems.
