There is a local feed provider broadcasting a EPSO TAC 2 channel on Broadcastify which goes against the terms and conditions. El Paso County Sheriff Live Audio Feed

My message to the feed provider:

"EPSO TAC 2 is protected according to the Radio Reference terms of service.

Here is the DM I sent to him.
Hi,

Not sure if you were aware but CSPD encrypted a few years ago and part of their reasoning was because a local feed provider in COS was feeding their channels. The CSPD deputy chief at the time specifically stated "Our radio comms are not a public information channel, its our lifeline".

Your EPSO feed includes a EPSO TAC 2 channel that shouldn't be feed in my opinion. I know its in the clear, but police TAC channels are taboo.

Im just going to say it like it is here I think this feed shouldn't be live because if the Sheriff gets wind of this feed and EPSO deputies keep pushing the issue they may decide to encrypt all channels. We lost so much when CSPD encrypted. Lets not let that happen to EPSO.

Thanks in advance for your understanding. Ive been an avid scanner listener since the early 1980's. I hope you understand my concerns.

Thanks
Dave

I think one post reporting the violation and saying that you sent the rules to the feed provider would have been sufficient. I personally wouldn't have sent the message saying it was my opinion that the TAC channel shouldn't be on the feed. That waters down the message.
