American 9795 has a very weird fight path as you can see the TRACON controller keeps giving him vectors so I can tell he isn’t on flight plan he flew all the way down to Laredo from San Antonio then he flew back up to San Antonio and it looks like he missed and approach at SKF.

This isn't a commercial flight. By looking at the flight path it seems to be either a test flight, maintenance flight, training flight, etc. Their origin and destination is the same, San Antonio.

That looks like a typical profile for a test flight after heavy maintenance. ST Engineering has a aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) in San Antonio. On Google Maps, there are some AA aircraft on ST Engineering's ramp. Without being in the know, it is difficult to say for sure this particular plane came out of that particular hangar there after maintenance, but it's certainly likely.

This is the correct answer. ST engineering is reconfiguring the cabins for a lot of American Airlines heavies for more capacity. Afterwards they have to do test flights of the aircraft
