You could try this link and search by city/state and see if you can find the licensee. Sometimes it might be listed by parent company or an individual, so you have to search creatively.

Does anyone know the channels for the campground called abcamping
Any help would be appreciated

Most campgrounds are using FRS or other business band freqs without licenses. Your best bet is to go over there and spend some time using close call or search.

At the hairdresser's, past the liquor store.
MHC Operating, LP that owns Adventure Bound Camping does not show a specific listing for Gatlinburg that I could locate. There are plenty to be found across the US, just nothing in Gatlinburg.

However, they do have a nationwide listing for UHF itinerants; 451.800, 456.800, 464.500, 464.550, 469.500, & 469.550.

As others have already said, for event & specific area monitoring, always have the itinerants, low powers, MURS, & FRS/GMRS loaded. And, yes, turn on the close call as well.
