ACARS Frequencies

I did some exploring with ACARS previous, in the days of ACARSD. I am starting to get back into it and was curious what most folks are finding are the common ACARS frequencies in the US these days. I've tried searching around and know what the primary, second and tertiary ones are but are people typically seeing traffic on all three of these?
