ACARS in the Pacific NW?

I could be way off kilter here, but I swear I seem to remember a posting where it appears that a lot of the traffic for the NW shifted from 131.55 to (?) 131.80. Is this right?

I'd like to put this regional (?) usage in our ACARS definition in our wiki...TIA...Mike

Wasn't that the thread where someone posted a link to a map showing how the ARINC voice frequencies had been realigned Mike?

Not ARINC voice freqs, but ACARS - not quite the same thing, but I see where I was getting mixed up. Now I see that 131.8 is a voice channel, not ACARS

That chart is very useful. Thanks guys for clearing this up for me...Mike

Yes, I knew you had said ACARS but the only recent info that came to mind was regarding the voice changes. Seems most recent ACARS additions are 136.5 to 136.9-ish.

Just tuned in to 131.8 no voice open squelch sounds like data but no acars.

Most of the active hits I get from acars are on 130.025. 131.55 will get hits but are not often.
