I-70 Eastbound to Northbound I-465 east of the airport on the westside of Indianapolis. This is near the 9.4 Milemarker on I-465 Semi roll over with 41,000 lbs that will have to be unloaded. ISP Dist 52 Trooper at the scene calling for a large semi wrecker. They are also doing a level 2 and level 3 inspection of the driver and his log book.
