Adrian Blissfield Railroad NXDN

I updated a BCD996P2 with the latest firmware and programmed the Adrian Blissfield NXDN system into the scanner using ProScan connected to the RadioReference database. The NXDN upgrade has also been installed. Since I work in south Lansing, I have the scanner set to monitor the Holt site. I have to drop the squelch down to near 0 to pick up any kind of signal on the meter. So far I have not heard a single thing.

I was reading posts about how people had issues with programming the system, and that the way the information was programmed in from the RR database, that I would have to go in and tweak it.

Has anybody had success with this particular NEXEDGE 48, RAN 1 system?
