AEGIS decoding

Is it possible to decode a conventional sytem using AEGIS at random times? I cannot find my answer in the forum threads.

I am not aware of any Aegis decoding software.

There aren't too many agencies left running AEGIS either. Most switched to ProVoice somewhere along the way or are in the process of switching to something else (like P25).
