With the rules on "prohibited items" I read on the posted site, that means BIG POCKETS.DanTSX said:There are as many scanner-nerds at airshows as there are big-lense photo-nerds, which means quite a few.
You will be fine, just dont go all whacker'd out with tactical response band-aid kits. Just bring plenty of water as it isnt cheap there.
dont forget batteries!
CONTRABAND means any thing they feel that is a threat to you to them others or any thing that is ileagell and may cause harmLEH said:With the rules on "prohibited items" I read on the posted site, that means BIG POCKETS.
1. Unauthorized Items: Items you can NOT bring to the Air Show include:
• Carryall bags
• Large handbags
• Weapons, knives, guns
• Scooters, "Heelys" and rollerblades
Does anyone know what "contraband" might mean??? I just LOVE that catch all to preclude anything they don't want/like or think is 'inappropriate' (maybe like a scanner). I'd still take it with you as I've seen them at other DOD sponsored air shows since 9/11.
That's why I wear a vest with umpteen pockets. Though a water bottle does push things to their limit.
The key words here being "THEY FEEL". I just don't like that catch all term. Allows them to make up rules as they go.lugoffman said:CONTRABAND means any thing they feel that is a threat to you to them others or any thing that is ileagell and may cause harm
