Airspy tuning off

I have a friend's airspy that appears to be tuning .002mhz off in both 10msps and 2.5msps. Is this normal or a manufacturing defect? Is there a way I can force a correction?

An Airspy shouldn't be off by 2 kHz @ ??? MHz.

Your friend should be contacting the seller.
