Alabaster?

I have Alabaster PD set at 154.89 (output side). I receive a strong "carrier" at times but not voice. Anyone know what's happening. My psr500 shows (as I recall) a PL of 85.0 but not sure on that.

I've noticed the same thing... Some of the Alabaster police cars are now sporting 800 Mhz. antennas.
Who knows???
