Thanks for posting - I wonder if this was one of those fishing boats similar to those on the show 'Deadliest Catch'

Spent 20 years in the Coast Guard and pretty much all of it in 32* to 28* waters. Voice from that Tx is now a spirit. Brave Cap'n to get his crew all safe while he perished.
