I live near Albany Ny and it lists Albany co correctional Ctr as 460.325
No matter what I do I can’t receive them does anyone know if frequencies were changed

It's likely a low power setup at the jail. Are you within a few miles of the facility? Did you ever hear them?

It's also possible they have moved to the County trunked system.

I monitor the Albany County P25 system and haven't heard the jail. I've also not seen any unidentified talk group numbers either. According to the FCC database, this UHF frequency is licensed for a power output of 50 watts, so it should be relatively easy to receive from a wide area. I'll plug this frequency into my 536 and let it sit there for a day to see what happens.

Are the two TGID's known? If so, they should be in the database so that people can at least find them. And of course if 460.325 is no longer being used, the conventional listing needs to be modified.

Used to hear them on a portable scanner I am about 7 miles away

They had switched to the county 800 system but had some coverage problems inside the facility. They are currently using 800 simplex (direct) for on site comms.
