Albuquerque PD - AGENCY

I noticed that APD SE had been coming over NW,SW and VAL as AGENCY (LID 16383 popped up occasionally). It seemed to take priority over the other groups, even when not scanning. While I understand the concept of AGENCY, I am not sure why it only came over those groups, but no other APD group. It affected both field units and the dispatcher as well.

While it happened for at least an hour, it seems to have stopped when I started writing this message...

Strange! AGENCY popped up on my LPE-200 a few days ago down here in Las Cruces. I didn't think anything of it.
