ALE Decoding software

Sorcerer is able to decode ALE, the software can record signals and store the evaluated data.
Moreover, Sorcerer is free and available on the net. I use this software to decode ALE and I am
very satisfied with its performance (especially since this program costs nothing).

Thank you for telling me about Sorcerer Software I have been trying it out for a couple of days and the different decoders are doing a real good job. I have it running on the ALE frequencies I have in a list and the soundings are showing up

But the frequency is not showing up on the line.??? Can anyone walk me through how to setup Sorcerer with an SDRplay RSPdx Receiver and SDRuno Software, I have VB-Audio Virtual also setup but don't know how to get both working together. Any help appreciated.

As far as I know, Sorcerer cannot evaluate frequency data from an SDR receiver.
Sorcerer is the predecessor software of Krypto 500 and has not been further developed for many years.
Therefore Sorcerer does not know the corresponding protocols to address SDR receivers or to read data from them.
The data of the ALE data telegram comes via the sound, i.e. via the sound card and the virtual audio cable.

Thanks for the information, I kind of thought the Sorcerer Software cold not do this. Any way I think Multipsk (the paid version I believe will do this) I am thinking about buying this software after using the unpaid free version for a couple of weeks.

MultiPSK has their own groups.io reflector where you can ask this question. In addition there is a WHOLE BUNCH of videos in their catalog about how to set up this app to work with the RSP SDRs. The website is:

Thanks, Mike, for the information I am reading the Multipsk Manual and will be joining the group.io to learn how to run the software, I have been using the free version of the Multipsk software and have been using several of the decoders in Multipsk and they do a fine job.
