I've found the frequency that the Allegan County Fair uses for their rental radios. I think they may be on a repeater too.
All I know is that their provider is C-Comm. I've tried to find that specific frequency on the FCC website, but it never shows up. I even used the digital frequency search site but never found it.

UPDATE: I've finally put together what both talkgroups are. Still no idea of license or repeater use.
