I've enabled alpha tags on my feed, and they show up just fine on the Broadcastify iPhone app... but they don't display on the web player or dashboard. Is there something I'm missing? I thought the tags would display there.

Unfortunately no. Tags only display on mobile apps and compatible desktop media players such as VLC, Windows Media Player, etc.
Ah, thanks. I tried both VLC and WMP and didn't see the tags... there must be a setting in them that I missed.
