Alright...Whats DPL?

Sorry the title should say DPL!....Hey guys im trying to program my radio to 422.475......026 DPL and my radio specs say it can do DPL but in the programing software im not seeing it i have a thing call "DQT" Im guessing that means digital quit talk and the only opition i think i have is if i pull down that menu and set it to "D026N" I'm not sure if this will even work though! any ideas? is DQT the same as DPL? and is D026N the same as 026 DPL???? Thanks

DQT and DPL are the same.

DPL = Digital Private Line - Motorola nomenclature
DQT = Digital Quite Tone - Kenwood nomenclature

With DPL you have 'normal' and 'inverted' amplifiers that have a numer of amplifing stages that are odd will invert the DPL code, causing a reciever to see an invalid code
