Amber Alerts

I was just wondering if it would be possible to have a forum specifically for Amber Alerts on Radio Reference ?

Since they aren't related to scanners I don't see the use - what would you discuss in such a forum?

Though a scanner that was amber alert aware would be nice. Amber aleret goes out. The alert scrolls across the screen. That would be kinda cool.
