Just looking at the license info WREB421 it looks like a 12 Channel DMR Trunk System?. I am thinking a CAP+ Tier III. Also some of their DMR repeaters may be also allocated as "stand alone" for special functions or services. However this is all conjecture on my part. Your really going to have to monitor the system with the various tools available on newer digital scanners and or software such as DSD+ to determine what the actuak "Flavor" this DMR Trunk System will take. Scott W2SJW who's has excellent knowledge in this area on these systems my have an idea.

How many of those malls that closed had an indoor ski slope and water park? This isn't your typical mall. It's more like an indoor amusement park with stores.

Honestly, I thought this thread was about the radio system for the American Dream Complex and what "flavor" read as "Type" of system is being built. Aforementioned DMR, Type - CAP+ Tier III , stand alone(s) etc.

Not the politics and economics of the reasons why "malls" (brick and mortar stores") across the nation are closing and their effects on new and or future / proposed radio systems
IMHO that subject should be directed into a new forums thread.

MOTOTRBO Capacity Plus (CAP+) and DMR Tier III are two very different flavors of DMR. Motorola's flavor of Tier III is known as MOTOTRBO Capacity Max.

Update my bcd436 is showing the same Info except on the frequency of 461.150 it is giving me the results of 317.

I was told by a top employee that NJSP will provide police service, NJSEA will provide fire & EMS. In addition, they will have on-site private security & EMT’s.
This is a multi-multi billion dollar company! They have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on interoperability communications. Sorry, I don’t know exactly what frequencies they will be using.
