Had an occasion to be in Huntington WV today,
Took DSD+FL on the road (a very wet road)
Maybe this will solve a mystery...

I wish it made me feel more sure. I mean I do believe it is Lavalette. But none of the freqs match any license for Lavalette. That's why it is in the DB as ? Lavalette ?. Certainly, if you were to look at all of the surrounding peers of Site 38, Lavalette does indeed fall right in the middle of them all, AND there is no other site (FCC licensed) that it would be in that vicinity. I just wonder why they aren't using any of the FCC-licensed freqs. And without being able to match it up with an FCC license, the only way I could be more convinced is if somebody was at the Lavalette tower with the antenna off and copying the site just fine LOL.
Like I said, I do think it is Lavalette. but it's the issue with none of the freqs active on the site being on the FCc license. That just irritates the hell outta me
