I had thought I had found something new, but I hadn't.
What was confusing about it was when I looked in the data base for the frequency it was listed for Pike County, and that's wrong.
It is in Carter County, near the Rowan, Carter, and Lewis County lines.
The FCC data base list it as being in Rowan County, but like I said every thing on this site points to Pike County.
I have a thread about what I found yesterday here>> http://forums.radioreference.com/general-scanning-discussion/252018-855-362500-a.html
not sure if there is info that would be helpful or not.
