The current RRDB listing for Norwich shows licenses for the listed frequencies have expired. There is a current license for UHF frequencies 453.4625 and 460.525 for which no use has been reported.

Norwich PD is still active on 154.890. I have never heard activity on the EMO frequency of 155.895. The 46.340 fire frequency seems to be inactive as well as the newer UHF frequencies for fire, including their fire TAC channels seem to have replaced the legacy channels (including 46.220).

Future state: It is my understanding that the county received a grant of $8 million to transfer to digital. I do not have a timeframe, however a new tower pad was cleared in late 2022/early2023 near me. The person told me (fire) they were going encrypted. I asked him twice, and he confirmed encrypted. I am not sure he is correct, however as he didn't sound too sure.

46.34 is depreciated.
154.890 is still active through the repeater on west hill
155.895 is VHF Citywide. It is crossbanded with UHF Citywide 460.525

Do you know the PL/DPL for 460.525? I so, will add it.
Does "Citywide" mean it is multiple city agencies? Is "Multi-Tac" a better description of use than the present "Emergency Management"?
At least 460.525 has a valid license: WQKM521 which also has the frequency 453.4625. Another license for 151.100. Are those frequencies in use?

Thanks for the info. I think I now have the Chenango RRDB listings up to date. Are they migrating to UHF since the VHF licenses are expired?
